Berkeley Preparatory School’s project combines renovations and new construction additions at its Tampa campus, expanding the Seivold Center for Early Childhood Education and the Gries Center for the Arts and Sciences. Improvements include additional classrooms, student support spaces, covered outdoor learning areas, and new furnishings and equipment. The investment expands educational capacity, supports local construction activity, and improves campus and community access through roadway, sidewalk, and bicycle infrastructure upgrades.
