PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Comfort Suites Titusville is a completed new construction project that added 122 hotel rooms to Florida’s Space Coast, opening in November 2024. Energy-efficient heating and cooling, LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, and high-efficiency water heating help reduce utility use and operating costs. The hotel expands lodging options for leisure and business travelers, supporting the region’s tourism economy and local business activity.
LOCAL IMPACT
This investment supports Titusville’s hospitality economy by adding lodging capacity on the Space Coast. The hotel accommodates visitors traveling for business, recreation, and regional attractions, providing a base for spending at restaurants, retailers, and other nearby businesses.
FINANCING AT WORK
Through FDFC’s C-PACE program, the property owner accessed long-term financing for completed insulation, windows, cooling, ventilation, lighting, water heating, and plumbing improvements. This financing recognizes the eligible systems incorporated into the hotel’s construction.
