Convivial Jacaranda Trace is an acquisition and renovation project involving additional independent living villas and shared amenities at an existing senior living community in Venice, Florida. The work includes renovating and re-equipping approximately 25–35 residences, along with clubhouse improvements to dining facilities and resident activity areas. These investments prepare homes for new residents, enhance opportunities for social engagement, and support local contractors, equipment suppliers, and additional community staffing.
