PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Home2 Suites by Hilton is a new construction project adding a four-story, 137-room extended-stay hotel to The Fountains at St. Johns, Florida. Efficient heating and cooling, LED lighting, high-efficiency water heating, and water-saving fixtures will help reduce utility use and operating costs. The hotel will expand lodging options while supporting local employment and spending at nearby businesses.

FINANCING AT WORK
Through FDFC’s C-PACE program, the property owner accessed long-term financing for efficient heating and cooling, LED lighting, water heating, and water-saving fixtures. These improvements help manage utility use and operating costs at the extended-stay hotel.
