FreezPak Jacksonville is a new construction project delivering approximately 272,000 square feet of temperature-controlled storage near JAXPORT and major interstate highways. The facility expands frozen and refrigerated storage and distribution capacity, with investments in the building envelope, refrigeration, lighting, and HVAC to support energy efficiency. The development strengthens regional food supply chains, supports logistics employment, and enhances Jacksonville’s capacity to serve growing grocery distribution and import-export demand.
