The redevelopment combines automated manufacturing, research, and donor support operations, incorporating energy-efficient features while expanding access to donor milk for hospitals and families. The project is expected to create approximately 60 jobs, support local construction activity, and strengthen the region’s life sciences and manufacturing sectors.
