LivSmart Studios by Hilton Lakewood Ranch is a new construction project adding a four-story, 119-room extended-stay hotel with full kitchens in each guest room. Energy-efficient heating and cooling, LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, and high-efficiency water heaters will help reduce utility use and operating costs. The development expands lodging options for longer stays, supporting business travel, workforce needs, and local economic activity.
