Compass by Margaritaville Cape Canaveral is a new construction project adding a 150-room boutique hotel near Port Canaveral. Featuring a rooftop bar and observation deck with rocket launch views, the hotel will serve cruise passengers and Space Coast visitors while expanding local hospitality capacity and supporting employment. Energy-efficient building features, LED lighting, and water-saving fixtures will help reduce utility use and operating costs.
