Pendry Hotel & Residences is a new construction, mixed-use development bringing 200 luxury condominiums and a 220-room hotel to downtown Tampa’s Riverwalk, with dining, retail, and event space. Efficient heating and cooling, LED lighting, enhanced roof insulation, and water-saving fixtures will help reduce utility use and operating costs. The project expands housing and visitor accommodations while supporting construction and hospitality employment and commercial activity along the waterfront.
