Shoma Bay is a new construction, mixed-use waterfront development bringing 333 condominium residences and approximately 51,600 square feet of retail to North Bay Village, Florida. The 24-story residential tower and retail promenade, anchored by a 36,000-square-foot Publix supermarket, will expand housing options and access to everyday services. The development is expected to support construction and retail employment, encourage local spending, and strengthen the community’s commercial activity.
