Tampa Life Plan Village involved the acquisition, renovation, and equipping of an existing senior living community in Tampa, formerly known as University Village and subsequently renamed Unisen Senior Living. The project encompassed independent living apartments, villas, and shared amenities on approximately 32 acres. The investment was intended to modernize senior housing, improve resident facilities, and support local employment through rehabilitation work and community operations.
