The Westin Cocoa Beach Resort & Spa is a new construction project bringing a 502-room beachfront resort to Florida’s Space Coast, with dining venues, pools, a spa, and meeting and event space. Improved insulation and windows, efficient heating and cooling, LED lighting, and water-saving fixtures will help reduce utility use and operating costs. The development strengthens tourism and conference infrastructure while supporting construction and hospitality employment and visitor spending at local businesses.
