Public Hearing and Regular Meeting
Due to the COVID 19 emergency and in accordance with the State of Florida Office of the Governor Executive Order Number 20-69 (Emergency Management – Covid-19-Local Government Public Meetings), as extended by Executive Order Number 20-112, 20-123, 20-139, 20-150, 20-179, 20-193, and 20-246, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Florida Resiliency and Energy District “FRED” will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Board Meeting on October 15, 2020 at 1:00 P.M.. EST, via telephone conference, in lieu of an in-person meeting. Consistent with the Executive Orders, and for safety reasons, there will not be any Board members or staff physically present in the previously noticed meeting location.
Persons desiring to provide public comment may do so by submitting written comments in advance to the FRED Administrator, Florida Development Finance Corporation, 156 Tuskawilla Road, Suite 2340, Winter Springs, FL 32708. In addition, public comment may be submitted via email to the FRED Administrator at email@example.com. Emails will be accepted, to the extent practicable, through the end of the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Written comments received will be read aloud to the Board and the public and will be incorporated into the meeting minutes.
